HELP if you can!

The important thing to remember here is that you should never put yourself in danger. If it’s safe to do so, help others. Show some civil courage.

If someone’s being harassed or in difficulty, don’t turn away, help them.
Take care of the victim, administer first aid if needed and show them support.

Let your group know what’s going on.
Together, you can decide quickly how you can help.

Get the staff’s attention.
If you aren’t quite sure how dangerous a situation is, let them decide.

If things get dangerous, call the police on 117.
If a situation is threatening to escalate or has already turned violent, please call the emergency services right away!
